La détermination des savoirs scolaires

Following works by Renée Balibar, André Chervel and J.-F. Halté, a number of theoritical tools have become available for reflecting on changes : in particular the concepts of didactic solidarity and configuration. It is suggested to add two principles of change in the practice of teachers, albeit often contradictory. Principle which aims at searching «savings» in the task of teaching on the one hand ; principle taking into account a «prestige» model on the other hand, that may have been the case, at least throughout the XIXth century, of the secondary school practice.
