The paper deals with the charters of Bengal and Bihar during the Pāla dynasty dominance (late 8th – early 13th centuries), issued on behalf of the rulers of three dynasties: Chandra, Varmana, and Sena. The task is to test the previously stated assumption about the sample character of the specification forms of the Pāla dynasty’s charters. For this, Scheme 2 is created, which includes individual forms of 27 copper-plate charters of these three dynasties. Every schematic entry is located on three lines. The first line contains components of the "Initial Protocol", the second one contains components of the "Main Part", and the third one contains components of the "Final Protocol". The preliminary conclusions state that the set of components that make up the individual forms of charters of all three dynasties, as well as the Sanskrit formulas, has not changed relative to the standard recorded in Scheme 1. It remains approximately the same as it looked in the charters of the rulers of the Pāla dynasty, although with a much lesser degree of unification. At the same time, all schematic records of the individual forms presented in Scheme 2 do not carry the specific features inherent in any one of the three dynasties. On the contrary, they appear as a consolidated subset of individual forms. Thus, it makes sense to consider the territory of the distribution of copper-plate grants of the Pāla, Chandra, Varmana, and Sena dynasties as a socio-economic area, consisting of regions between which there are more similarities than differences
