En 2015, Naciones Unidas estableció la Agenda 2030, cuyo ambicioso alcance conlleva abordar relevantes desafíos en su implementación, destacando el establecimiento de marcos institucionales de gobernanza y nuevos métodos de coordinación de políticas y procedimientos burocráticos. Aplicando como metodología la sistematización del estudio de caso de República Dominicana, se analiza cómo los países en desarrollo están afrontando estos desafíos. Los hallazgos alcanzados pueden contribuir a mejorar la implementación de la Agenda en otros países latinoamericanos
