Acuña trata los principales lineamientos de la compleja relación entre economía y política en la Argentina de los noventa. Analizando el proceso de toma de decisiones así como la influencia de distintos actores políticos y sociales desde 1989, explica el resultado de estas políticas y las distintas alternativas. Como conclusión, el autor perfila una nueva matriz política en la Argentina de los noventa.ABSTRACT: Acuña designs the main dines of the complex relationship between economics and politics in Argentina in the nineties. Analyzing the process of how decisions are taken and the influence of the distinct political and social actors since 1989, he explains the results of this policies and the different alternatives. As a conclusion, this author trazae a new political matrix in Argentina for this decade
