Estas transformaciones son explicadas en relación a dos cambios estructurales de la sociedad mexicana: la democratización y la liberalización económica.ABSTRACT: This article analyzes tha ambivalent role of the sections of accidents and crime reparts in the mexican public sphere, underlying the bias of crime media representation, the joining between informative section and entertainment, and the differences among programs directed to segmented social sectors according to their purchaising power.
