Thorough study of individual cases elaborated near inmates and late inmates of the Dabou Reeducation Centre shows that community intolerance - parents, educators, marginals, employers and social environment - can powerfully contribute to a continuation of their delinquent behaviour, by progressively making a negative self representation. The prevention of further offence can be improved if the community changes its attitude towards inmate or late inmate adolescent, by tolerant prevention. This change should be marked by humanism. This study at last complete results of works in «Occidental» juvenile criminology on factor of continuation or regression of adolescent criminal career by laying stress on an environment factor, social intolerance
