In the context of rapidly advancing high technology, the internet, big data, and supply chains, the world’s 8 billion people, belonging to different ethnic groups and nations, coexist in a global village. Peace is essential. The differences among nations and ethnic groups in various regions inherently possess a degree of contradiction. The primary goal now is to identify the commonalities among different ethnicities and to explore ways to achieve global harmony and coexistence in our shared home, Earth. This paper discusses the inevitability of a community with a shared future for mankind from the perspectives of ethnic psychology, cultural psychology, and cultural globalization. Psychology and anthropology are closely related, and cultural psychology and anthropology are also inseparable relations. In the process of the continuous integration of cultural psychology and anthropology, the mutual construction of psychology and global culture brings new development opportunities for the global development of psychology. All nations, ethnic groups, and regions across the globe are inevitably swept up in the torrent of internationalization, marking a further development in the currents of human civilization. Within this context of globalization, and even economic integration, in production, exchange, and consumption, the lives of every country, every ethnicity, and every individual have experienced profound ideological shifts and cultural developments. These changes have altered the psychological characteristics of each ethnicity, introducing new elements into ethnic psychology under new circumstances. Technology has provided a broad range of perspectives, spaces, empirical validations, and theoretical thoughts for the comprehensive and in-depth development of cultural psychology under new conditions. This paper posits that ethnic and cultural psychology should play an active role in guiding and promoting the comprehensive construction of a community with a shared future for humanity
