Although centenarians represent a growing population, little is known about the support they rely on to address their specific needs. This study explores the types and combinations of care they receive, as well as the factors shaping these care arrangements. Based on data from the Swiss Centenarian Study ( N = 169; mean age = 101.8) and adopting an inductive approach, findings reveal diverse care arrangements, with both professional and non-professional support playing key roles. Despite having smaller social resources, family support remains substantial, and social networks are crucial for accessing care. Alongside tailored professional services, fostering social ties is essential in mitigating care deficits
