In the modern conditions of the post-non-classical stage of the development of science, the depth of comprehension of the genesis, factors, patterns, features, trends and prospects of the evolution of state-legal phenomena and processes determines the appeal to the synthesized achievements of various sciences. The interdisciplinary turns experienced by historical-legal science (linguistic, digital, anthropological, historical, etc.) shift the focus in historical and legal research to various aspects and methods of the phenomena studied that were not previously involved. The aim of the study is to integrate economic-mathematical modeling into the cognitive mechanism of the history of the state and law using modern software and hardware to identify the prerequisites, foundations and consequences of the formation of the theory of national sovereignty, building forecasts and models for its strengthening and preservation. The article evaluates the potential, defines the goals, objectives and stages of economic-mathematical modeling of the historical development of the state and law, identifies the interaction of this approach with the principle of historicism; examines the prerequisites, foundations and consequences of the genesis and evolution of the concept of national sovereignty in the history of legal and political doctrines; examines the factors of the emergence of the modern state model and theory of national sovereignty; analyzes the international legal component of this concept and civilizational challenges to national sovereignty
