The article understands perceptions and practices of women about their jobs. From a Sociology of bodies/emotions and with a qualitative strategy, it is identified that productive work is a conditioning imperative of reproductive tasks. These assume heterogeneity and practical skills for their resolution. The results provide an analysis of time that is not quantifiable, but linked to experiences and bodily dispositions that enable/restrict women's practices
