L'Allemagne et la Communauté Européenne: une étude de cas L'auteur tente, tout d'abord, de réfuter les arguments mis de l'avant dans les récentes recherches relatives à la Communauté Européenne, selon lesquels l'étude de la Communauté ne devrait se faire que dans le cadre très global de l'interdépendance Internationale. Il présente ensuite une grille analytique de la Communauté fondée sur le concept de réseau organisationnel qu'il applique au rôle du gouvernement et des groupes d'interêt allemands dans la préparation des politiques de la Communauté, les données pour ce faire provenant surtout d'entrevues, faites par l'auteur en 1975–76, auprès d'informateurs privilégés en Allemagne et en Belgique
