ResumeCet article traite de l’analyse fondamentale du chronotope faite par Bakhtine, en particulier quand il s’intéresse à la notion ďespace. La spécificité de l’approche de Bakhtine de l’espace et des formes spatiales est liée aux implications idéologiques sous-jacentes aux paramètres purement formeis. Cet article explore la construction de l’espace et des formes spatiales dont le développement fut suivi dans la tradition de l’héritage global de Bakhtine, de “Auteur et héros dans l’activité esthétique”, Les problèmes de la poétique chez Dostoïevski, “Formes du temps et du chronotope dans le roman”, Le Bildungsroman et sa signification dans l’histoire du réalisme, à Rabelais et son monde. Les différents types d’espace en prose sont condensés et classifiés. Il est appoté une attention particulière à l’ organisation de l’espace dans les récits de Dostoïevski, Rabelais et Goethe. Ces trois types sont intégrés dans un seul modèle volumétrique qui présente visuellement une image unifiée de la perspective multiple de Bakhtine dans sa façon ďappréhender l’espace dans la littératuie
