Hawkins Richard A. Hawkins Senior Lecturer in History at the School of Law, Social Sciences & Communications *University of Wolverhampton, England. He is researching a biography of the Wall Street attorney, Samuel Untermyer (1858–1940). The initial research was funded by the late Samuel Untermyer II and his brother, the late Frank Untermyer, in memory of their grandfather, Samuel Untermyer.
