Il est plus juste de dire que psychanalyse et neurobiologie sont des disciplines «convergentes» plutot que de pretendre qu'elles pourraient avoir des frontieres communes. Or, les apports de la psychanalyse font l'objet d'un rejet de la part des neurobiologistes qui les ecartent comme non pertinents. L'inverse est egalement vrai. Cette situation pese lourdement sur l'avenir de la psychanalyse. Est-il possible d'y remedier? Le cas d'une jeune femme illustre le propos. L'etude est centree sur la trace mnesique et son abord dans les deux disciplines
