Analysis of slope measurements made in Johor, Malaya, indicates the existence of a variety of slope forms. Slope length is found to vary with relative relief, and slope angle does the same for the first few hundred feet, after which there is no significant change in steepness despite increase of relief. Lithology exerts a decisive influence on relative relief and slope form. Terrain is finely dissected
