Consumer satisfaction with a short-term inpatient program for adolescents was examined. Patients, mothers, and fathers completed Target Symptom Scales at admission, discharge, and six weeks and six months postdischarge. For each set of raters, there was a significant reduction in severity ratings from admission to discharge, which was maintained at the two follow-up points
