Discrimination analysis has been used to assess the value of a Patient Classification Questionnaire in assigning patients to an appropriate level of chronic disease care. A multihiecrarchical centroid clustering program has been used to group patients into clusters, according to similarities in their Classification Questionnaires. The structure of the clustering is investigated and related to the discriminant analysis findings
