Jean-Louis Ferrary, Recherches sur la législation de Saturninus et de Glaucia, p. 619-660. Étude de la loi connue par deux inscriptions de Delphes (F. Delphes III, 4 n° 37) et de Cnide (JRS 1974, 195-220). Il pourrait s'agir d'une loi sur les provinces prétoriennes, datant du début de l'année 100; l'auteur en est probablement Saturninus, qui réaffirmait ainsi l'intérêt des populares pour la politique romaine en Orient. La nouvelle inscription de Cnide incite en particulier à revenir sur la campagne de M. Antonius contre les pirates, qui a dû commencer et s'achever en 102, et sur le rôle confié au prior consul (c.-à-d. au consul élu le premier par les comices), qui visait à mettre Marius en valeur auprès des rois et peuples alliés de l'Orient
