Une stèle complète trouvée dans le sanctuaire d'Apollon à Claros livre deux décrets de la cité de Colophon, de la première moitié du IIIe s. av. J.-C, intéressant les mesures prises contre les manœuvres abusives de certains fermiers des impôts. Ces deux textes permettent de mieux comprendre la situation politique de Colophon, ses rapports avec Notion/Colophon-sur-mer, et certaines composantes de sa population
