The severity and frequency of climate change-induced disasters are escalating in the Indian state of Kerala. Landslides have become a pressing issue, the most destructive occurrence recently. The Mundakkai-Churalmala region in Wayanad district had the most devastating landslide in the recorded history of Kerala. Landslide becomes an issue of justice when it disproportionately affects a particular section of the society. Regrettably, the state's socially, economically, and spatially marginalized communities are disproportionately vulnerable to landslides. This paper explores the justice dimensions of the disproportionate landslide vulnerability of the underprivileged communities by analysing the landslide fatality data from 2018 onwards
