The present study investigates the multifaceted impacts of climate change on India's maritime industries, focusing on fisheries, shipping, and coastal infrastructure. The research predominantly employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a comprehensive array of secondary sources, including data from the EPW Research Foundation India Time Series, India Meteorological Department, International Energy Agency, academic papers, reports, and policy documents. The findings of the study reveal that the fisheries sector has experienced significant disruptions, particularly in the Northwest Zone, which shows the highest volatility in fish production growth rates compared to other three coastal zones. Additionally, the shipping industry, encompassing port operations and services are significantly affected by extreme weather events, including cyclonic storms and rising sea surface temperatures. Furthermore, Maritime infrastructure, including both onshore (coastal) and offshore facilities along with coastal cities, are increasingly vulnerable to sea-level rise, storm surges, and coastal erosions. Given the magnitude of these impacts on maritime industries, this study underscores the urgent need for integrated climate adaptation and mitigation strategies to safeguard India's coastal communities and its maritime economy
