The 2024 Jharkhand Assembly has completely reversed and countermanded the Lok Sabha outcome. It underscored a victory of effective grassroot-level electoral design, scrupulously casted coalition that unified varied colours of socio-politico voter groups under one political canopy. This phenomenon in electoral politics is not starkly new. However, the time coincides with the opportunity that consolidated Adivasi consciousness, identity, will to reject “fear based rhetorics”, assumed threats from ‘Bangladesh infiltrators’, as well as to decelerate the practise of “Operation Lotus” and greater political polarisation
