A part-result of a research project in Copenhagen. A description is given of the principal component analysis which is thereafter used on available data material. It has been aimed at to focus on the geographical aspects of the analysis, the cartography and the spatial description. As example has been chosen the social, the demographic and the physical structure of the municipality of Copenhagen
