Sexual issues and treatment side effects are not routinely discussed with men receiving treatment for prostate cancer, and support to address these concerns is not consistent across settings. This study evaluates a brief e-learning resource designed to improve sexual wellbeing support and examine its effects on healthcare professionals' sexual attitudes and beliefs. In Part 1 of this article, the semi-accidental circumstances in which the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) of the Commonwealth of Nations came in 2010 to develop the idea of a charter of Commonwealth values were described. This article examines the decision in Al-Kateb v Godwin (2004) 219 CLR 562. It revisits the suggested ‘heresy‘ that international human rights law may influence the interpretation of the Australian Constitution and other legal texts.
