Valores De Δ13c, Δ15n Y Microrrestos Vegetales Presentes en Residuos De Alimentos Adheridos en Vasijas Arqueológicas Del Sitio La Palmera 2 (Noroeste De Entre Ríos, Argentina)

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados del análisis de isótopos estables (δ13C y δ15N), así como de los microrrestos vegetales encontrados en los residuos carbonizados de alimentos adheridos en fragmentos de alfarerías lisas y decoradas del sitio arqueológico La Palmera 2 (provincia de Entre Ríos, nordeste de Argentina). El sitio es un asentamiento de actividades múltiples datado entre 1056 ± 47 y 1032 ± 47 años AP, y asociado a una ocupación Goya-Malabrigo. Los datos obtenidos indican que los recipientes habrían sido utilizados fundamentalmente para el procesamiento de proteínas animales, las cuales se habrían complementado en menor medida con vegetales C3
