Este análisis se centra en la construcción discursiva de la responsabilidad de los agentes estatales en contextos de violaciones de derechos humanos. Nos enfocamos en un género discursivo específico, a saber, los informes de derechos humanos. Se investigan dos informes publicados durante el estallido social chileno de 2019 por Amnistía Internacional y la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para los Derechos Humanos. Se analiza la agentividad como expresión discursiva de la responsabilidad para descubrir los contrastes en atribución de la responsabilidad en las descripciones de casos concretos de los informes. Los resultados sugieren que los grados de agentividad representan atribuciones de la responsabilidad determinadas por los objetivos propios de los informes
