This commentary discusses this idea in relation to developments in demography and growth theory. It argues in favor of an alternative, inclusive talent development approach as better positioned to develop broad-based, global talent and to support economic growth and development

    This viewpoint addresses the extent to which the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises adequately serve as a system of global governance for MNEs.
