Psychometric Characteristics of a Vocational Preference Inventory Short Form
This article presents reliability and validity evidence for Form B of Holland's Vocational Preference Inventory (VPI), a 42-item short form which was further reduced to 30 items for this study. The psychometric properties of this revised scale were assessed by using employees from five Federal Government organizations as respondents (N=2621).
