Ventilatory Responses to Progressive Treadmill Speeds in Women
While nasal breathing may suffice at low intensities, it is inadequate at higher intensities, potentially leading to carbon dioxide accumulation and early fatigue. These findings support the use of oral or oronasal breathing during higher-intensity activity and highlight the need for individualized breathing strategies

이 논문에서는 고려 11~12세기 귀족들 사이에서 유행했던 장골용구인 石棺에 주목하여 고려와 요나라의 장례문화와 전통적인 하늘신앙이 장의미술에 어떻게 투영되었는지 살펴본다. 석관은 곱게 다듬은 6개의 돌판을 조립하여 만든다. 이 석관은 귀족들의 전유물로 표면에 四神圖, 연꽃, 비천 등 다양한 문양을 장식하여 호화롭게 꾸몄다. 석관은 고려와 요에서 이중장(複葬)과 불교식 火葬문화가 공통적으로 성행하던 시기인 11세기 를 전후하여 본격적으로 등장한다. 사신도가 표현된 석관은 이미 북조시대부터 장례용구로 사용 되었고, 요대에 몽골, 랴오닝성, 허베이성 등의 북방지역에서 다수 출토되어 이 시기에 유행했다는 것을 알 수 있다. 고려 석관이 요대 석관의 영향을 직접 받았다는 사실은 석관의 조립방법과 사신 도, 십이지 등의 표현법과 다양한 문양을 통해 확인할 수 있다. 고려 석관 가운데 상판(天板)에 선각된…

Here I examine three forms of disconfirming responses to polar questions in Korean conversation: type-conforming “no” responses, direct nonconforming responses such as repetitions of the question with negation, and nondirect nonconforming responses such as replacements.
