  • Awe and healthy eating among adolescents

Xiaoming Li, Yuan Meng et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2026

Structural equation modelling showed that having a lower SSS was associated with a higher level of dispositional,…

Participants were randomly assigned to one of 2 (subjective social class: upper vs. low class) × 2 (social mobility beliefs: high vs. low mobility) manipulation conditions. They then completed the sense of control questionnaire and self-focused attention task. Hi…

  • When the going gets tough

Xiaoming Li, C Chen et al.•ARTICLE•The Journal of Social Psychology•2022

  • The influence of embodied implicit power on fair decision making

Xiao-dan LI, Daoqun Ding et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2019

An expansive posture is known to make an individual display more implicit power than a contracted posture. Moreover, the priming effect of an expansive body posture is cross-cultural. The perception of power triggered by an expansive body posture is considered to be implicit. Subjective scoring has been used in most previous studies of power posing. Several kinds of measurements have been used in behavioral research to assess the perception of po…
