Survey Enthusiast or Obligated Responder: Segmenting the Population Based on Government Survey Attitudes
This paper explores population segments that differentiate people based on attitudes and perceptions about surveys and how those segments differ in survey participation intention. Our analysis finds 5 population segments across which general affinity toward surveys differs significantly. Piloting Data Collection via Cell Phones: Results, Experiences, and Lessons Learned
From October 2006 through February 2007, Macro and six partnering state departments of health conducted over 1,900 interviews via cell phone in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, and Texas.
