A note on variations in recruiting information obtained through different sources
Locus of Control and Perceived Utility of Feedback
75 men and 72 women (25 to 45 yr.) in undergraduate management courses were classified as internal and external in orientations on Rotter's I-E scale. The former perceived more informal sources of feedback such as self and co-workers as more useful but the latter perceived more formal sources as more useful. Observations are consistent with prior research
