Understanding and Assessing the Work Motivations of Employed Women: Insights Into Increasing Female Participation Rates in the Maltese Labor Market
This empirical study investigates the work motivations of employed women in the Maltese labor market. A self-administered questionnaire purposely designed for the present study was presented to a quota sample of 400 women employed in Malta.
