Demographic and personal factors influencing teacher wellbeing in the Chinese Universities of the Third Age
This paper investigated the demographic and personal factors influencing teacher wellbeing in the Chinese Universities of the Third Age (U3As). Using a mixed-methods approach, it first surveyed 561 teachers.
