Project Connect training aims to reduce barriers to screening for and intervening with women with histories of intimate partner violence and reproductive coercion. This study sought to assess the effectiveness of trainings, provider facility with Project Connect tools, and areas for improvement in a pilot state. Guided largely by an attachment theory perspective, a two-part study was conducted to determine the effects of perceived and self-report parent verbal aggression and responsiveness on young adult children's attachment style and relational satisfaction with parents.
