  • Can Hahnemann’s Conceptualization of the Active Principle of Highly Diluted Potentized Preparations Contribute to Today’s Research

Open Access•Renate Künne, Stephan Baumgartner et al.•ARTICLE•Philosophies•2026

The German physician Samuel Hahnemann (1755–1843) established the basic principles of homeopathy as a medical specialty 200 years ago. Nowadays homeopathy is generally categorized as a method of complementary medicine, because its principles seem difficult to relate to modern western biomedicine and due to a different philosophical background. Open Access•Axel Föller-Mancini, Axel Föller‐mancini et al.•ARTICLE•Educar em Revista•2015•References: 5

After re‐validation of the 6‐factorial student’s version of the ASP questionnaire (ASP‐S, Cronbach’s alpha = .90), we found that they appreciated most Conscious interactions, Compassio…

Open Access•Arndt Büssing, Thomas Ostermann et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2010

We examined which adaptive coping strategies, referring to the concept of 'locus of disease control', were of relevance for patients with chronic pain conditions, and how they were interconnected with patients' life satisfaction and interpretation of disease. In a multicenter cross-sectional anonymous survey with the AKU questionnaire, we enrolled 579 patients (mean age 54 ± 14 years) with various chronic pain conditions. Disease as an adverse in…
