Stress, burnout and coping strategies in Ghanaian public tertiary education
The study explored the causes of stress and burnout (SB), gender differences, and coping strategies employed by senior administrators in a public university environment. The study employed the qualitative approach and a case study design. Thematic analysis was adopted to develop themes. This study investigates the effect of economic integration on the environment in a sample of 36 African countries from 1990 to 2018. We employ the fixed-effect D&K estimator and the mediation analysis to examine direct and indirect effects, respectively. Climate change-mediated heat stress vulnerability and adaptation strategies among outdoor workers
The study examined the effect of heat stress on the well-being of outdoor workers and their coping strategies. A cross-sectional survey study was conducted between September 2019 and December 2019 to collect data from outdoor workers including hawkers and traffic wardens from 13 urban areas (N = 322) and analyzed using SPSS v.23.
