  • Antisemitism

    Hermann Bahr, James Conway•EDITOR•BOOK•Antisemitism•2025

In March 1893, Austrian writer Hermann Bahr embarked on one of the most ambitious journalistic projects of the nineteenth century: a six-month series of interviews with public figures across Europe. This collection captures a wide range of opinions on antisemitism amid a surge of anti-Jewish sentiment in Germany and France during a time marked by militant nationalism and pseudoscientific “race studies.” Originally published in 1894 and now availa…

Open Access•Dusty Rose Miller, Jordan Taylor Jacobs et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Psychedelic Studies•2024

Psilocybe zapotecorum is a strongly blue-bruising psilocybin mushroom used by indigenous groups in southeastern Mexico and beyond. First, we detail growth and cloning methods that are simple, and reprod…

Residential sites with mortuary monuments are uncommon in southeastern Michigan and represent an opportunity to better understand …

This paper comments on ‘Entrepreneurship and the Dot TV Phenomenon’ by Baldacchino & Mellor (2015) who suggest that state-run entrepreneurship is behind the success of .tv. To examine this, I briefly review the early years of .tv, the government’s administration of .tv, the actual impact of .tv income, and the numerical weight of .tv income compared with other sources of government revenue. I debunk several .tv-related myths and explore the media…
