On the Semantics of the Images on the Chertomlyk Vase
The vase found in the Chertomlyk royal burial ground has already more than once attracted the attention of investigators. (1) In the opinion of specialists, this silver amphora was made in the fourth century B.C.E. by Greek craftsmen on Scythian commission.
