Trauma-Informed HR: The Work–Life Interface and the Adverse Spillover Effects of Nonwork Anti-Black Discrimination
This study uses a trauma-informed conservation of resources lens to investigate the potential spillover effects of nonwork anti-Black discrimination in the workplace.
