    This article makes a case for the theorist as facilitator of voice. It examines two modern theorists from different schools of thought, Hannah Arendt and Paulo Freire, whose work illustrates the importance of voice in theorizing. From these examinations, questions are derived for theorists. A reading of the early work of Michael Harmon provides answers to the questions generated from Arendt and Freire, and explicit links to public administration …
