  • Innovative learning approaches to develop students’ Design thinking skills through digital technology and local wisdom in border patrol police schools

Open Access•Parama Kwangmuang, Sarisa Kosum et al.•ARTICLE•Thinking Skills and Creativity•2026

  • AI-driven innovative personalized learning to enhance Chinese pronunciation and grammar skills for university students

Open Access•Jun Geng, Geng Jun et al.•ARTICLE•Language Teaching Research•2026

The acquisition of Chinese language skills presents significant challenges for non-native speakers, particularly in mastering tonal pronunciation and topic-prominent grammar structures. This study developed and evaluated an artificial intelligence driven (AI-driven) personalized learning system to enhance Chinese pronunciation and grammar skills among university students. Through a 16-week quasi-experimental study involving 60 undergraduate stude…

  • The intersection of education and social media

Open Access•Parama Kwangmuang, Issara Kanjug et al.•ARTICLE•Humanities and Social Sciences…•2026

Social media platforms have fundamentally transformed educational content creation, enabling new modes of learning and knowledge dissemination that transcend the physical boundaries of the classroom. Yet this transformation is not without its contradictions: the same platforms that democratize access to knowledge also introduce complex challenges of algorithmic control, content quality, and digital inequality that educators must navigate. This mi…

  • Transforming Teacher Education

Open Access•Nantapoom Gessala, Wayu Kanjanasorn et al.•ARTICLE•European Journal of Education•2026

This study presents a conceptual framework integrating design thinking and self‐esteem development in teacher education through a constructivist approach. Using a mixed‐methods design with literature synthesis, expert evaluation ( n = 15), and pilot implementation ( n = 30 pre‐service teachers), the framework demonstrated significant improvements in design thinking skills and self‐esteem ( p

  • Personalizing teacher professional development through learning analytics

Open Access•Anucha Somabut, Kulthida Tuamsuk et al.•ARTICLE•Teaching and Teacher Education•2026•References: 2

  • Development of executive mathematics problem-solving self-assessment questionnaire for upper primary school students

Open Access•Supaluk Chaiarwut, Parama Kwangmuang et al.•ARTICLE•Social Sciences & Humanities Open•2025

This investigation developed and validated an Executive Mathematics Problem-Solving (EM-PS) self-assessment instrument for Thai upper primary students (Grades 4–6). Exploratory factor analysis (n = 330) identified six factors explaining 76.44 % of variance with excellent internal consistency (α = 0.844–0.983). Confirmatory factor analysis (n = 1916) demonstrated robust model fit (CFI = 0.910, RMSEA = 0.034). All 43 items exhibited significant fac…

  • Preparing for the AI era

Open Access•Anucha Somabut, Kulthida Tuamsuk et al.•ARTICLE•Social Sciences & Humanities Open•2025

Despite the growing importance of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in education, significant gaps exist in understanding science teachers' readiness and professional development needs for effective GAI integration, particularly in secondary education. This mixed-method study examined science teachers’ technological readiness, identified critical adoption factors, and developed an implementation framework for GAI in secondary science educa…

  • Enhancing executive mathematics problem-solving through a constructivist digital learning platform

Open Access•Supaluk Chaiarwut, Sanit Srikoon et al.•ARTICLE•Social Sciences & Humanities Open•2025

Recent international assessments have highlighted a global decline in mathematics performance, particularly among students in Thailand. This study aims to (1) design and evaluate a constructivist learning innovation model on a digital platform that promotes executive mathematics problem-solving and (2) develop and assess a prototype based on the designed model. A mixed-method research design was employed across two phases. Phase 1 involved design…

  • Integrating digital tools and constructivist learning

    Open Access•Nattaphob Aoonlamai, Parama Kwangmuang•ARTICLE•BMC Psychology•2025

This study addresses the challenge of integrating digital tools with constructivist learning to enhance creativity in music education, a field where traditional pedagogies often fall short in meeting modern learners' needs. The research aims to develop and validate a ubiquitous learning framework grounded in constructivist principles, focusing on fostering creativity and music arrangement skills among Thai high school students. Utilizing a quasi-…
