Nurses’ AI training acceptance and tool usage: A structural equation model of individual and hospital-level factors
Objectives With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), it has exerted a profound influence on the medical field. Currently, AI applications in nursing remain nascent in China. This study aimed to investigate nurses’ attitudes and anxiety levels toward AI in general hospitals in western China, and to analyze the association of these psychological factors with their AI training acceptance and clinical AI tool usage behavior. Methods…
Whose Status Is Higher? How and When Dyadic Status Incongruence Influences Team Members' Interactions and Coordination
A critical challenge for diverse teams is ensuring that members coordinate their work effectively. While research has examined how diversity triggers social categorization that harms coordination, we know little about how the social status attached to these differences influences coordination, especially when members hold different ranks across multiple attributes simultaneously. We introduce a construct called dyadic status incongruence , which …
Power of Narcissism Unleashed: Team Proactivity as a Function of Leader Narcissism, Collective Regulatory Focus, and Power Distance
Despite accumulating evidence surrounding the importance of leader narcissism for follower outcomes, its effects on team outcomes, particularly team proactivity, remain opaque. As team proactivity has proven to be a critical factor for organizations to survive and thrive in today's complicated business environment, it is necessary to come to a better understanding of how and when leader narcissism helps or hurts team proactivity. To clarify this …

Establishing substitute families: Care arrangements for childless older people in urban China
While the issues of childlessness and social support in old age have received considerable attention in more developed countries, the phenomenon of aging without children in China has been relatively underexplored. The existing, albeit limited, literature highlights the vulnerability of the childless elderly in China and the inadequacy of social care services, which is predominantly directed toward most impoverished groups. This study examines th…
From Humble Leadership to Follower Performance: A Meta-analysis of Relational and Cognitive Mechanisms
Unclarity remains in current literature pertaining to the effects and specific processes of humble leadership, calling for more in-depth reviews for boosting the understanding. Our research focuses on follower performance as an important outcome of humble leadership and aims to conduct a meta-analysis to uncover the mechanisms beneath the effecting process. Integrating social exchange theory and social cognitive theory, we proposed that follower'…

Immediate Modulation of Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation in Patients With Treatment-Resistant Depression: A Resting-State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study
Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation demonstrates immediate modulation of functional activity in the emotional network, cognitive control network, and visual processing cortex, and may be a potential brain imaging biomarker for the treatment of TRD
Altered Brain Function in Treatment-Resistant and Non-treatment-resistant Depression Patients: A Resting-State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study
Although the clinical symptoms were similar in the TRD and nTRD groups, abnormal neurological functional activity were present in some of the same brain regions. Compared with the nTRD group, ALFF and ReHo showed a wider range of brain area alterations and more complex neuropathological mechanisms in the TRD group, especially in the inferior frontal triangular gyrus of the frontal lobe and the middle temporal gyrus of the temporal lobe
The Impact of Reviewers' Creditworthiness on Consumers' Purchase Intention in Edge Path: Implications for the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic
Reviewers' creditworthiness is an important edge clue in the elaboration likelihood model (ELM). This paper takes the online travel booked by consumers as an example and uses the questionnaire data of 417 outbound passengers from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The paper examines the influence of reviewers' creditworthiness on consumer purchase intentions in the edge path through a mediated moderation model. Investigate the mediating role…
