  • Analysis of embodied carbon and air pollutant transfers in China’s interprovincial trade in the context of regional environmental collaborative governance

Open Access•Jingan Zhu, Ling Yue et al.•ARTICLE•Sustainable Futures•2025•Cited by: 1

  • Correlation between the Apoe ε4 genotype, lifestyle habits, and cognitive deficits in Chinese adults over 60

Open Access•Wei Li, Xiaoliang Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2024

Introduction Apolipoprotein E (APOE) epsilon 4 is regarded as the most significant genetic contributor linked to mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Daily life elements might also influence cognitive abilities to some extent. This research aimed to investigate whether carrying APOE ε4 alters the effects of lifestyle on cognitive ability. Methods The research included 1871 senior community members with APOE gene data, all…

  • Prevalence of prediabetes and risk of CVD mortality in individuals with prediabetes alone or plus hypertension in Northeast China

Open Access•Ling Yue, Yuanmeng Tian et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2024

The prevalence of prediabetes remains high in northeast China, and the CVD mortality was elevated significantly in prediabetes coexistent with hypertension. Considering the high percentage and low control rate of hypertension in prediabetes, strategies focused on HbA1c screening, FPG lowering and blood pressure management should be emphasized in northeast China

  • Association Between Internet Use, Cognitive Function, and Globus Pallidus Volumes

Open Access•Wei Li, Ling Yue et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2022

Background Previous studies have linked internet use with several beneficial outcomes for brain health, but there is little data on this among older Chinese. Objective The goal of this study was to explore the association between internet use and cognitive impairment and to explore the possible mechanisms by which internet use prevents cognitive decline. Methods The current study consisted of two cohorts: one from the China Longitudinal Aging Stu…

  • Smoking and Risk of Urolithiasis

Open Access•Ling Yue, Qiaofeng Pai et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2022

  • Subjective cognitive decline is associated with a higher risk of objective cognitive decline

Open Access•Wei Li, Ling Yue et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2022

SCD is a cognition-related disease with multi-cognitive domain impairment, which is associated with a higher risk of objective cognitive impairment. Moreover, the increased cortical thickness of the left rostral middle frontal gyrus (RMFG) might be an important mechanism of cognitive decline in SCD

  • The Impact of Transportation Restructuring on the Intensity of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Open Access•Huiling Wang, Jiaxin Luo et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2022

Adjusting transportation structure to reduce the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions is an effective way to address climate change issues. This paper selects six transport sectors and constructs a hybrid input-output model to study the impact of transportation restructuring on the intensity of CO 2 and non-CO 2 greenhouse gas emissions in each sector during different periods. The results show that the effect of transportation restructuring on g…

  • Asymmetry of Hippocampus and Amygdala Defect in Subjective Cognitive Decline Among the Community Dwelling Chinese

Open Access•Ling Yue, Tao Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2018

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) may be the first clinical sign of Alzheimer's disease (AD). SCD individuals with normal cognition may already have significant medial temporal lobe atrophy. However, few studies have been devoted to exploring the alteration of left-right asymmetry with hippocampus and amygdala in SCD. The aim of this study was to compare SCD individuals with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients and the n…

  • Antitumor immunostimulatory activity of polysaccharides from Salvia chinensis Benth

Open Access•Guangwen Shu, Wenhao Zhao et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2015
