Ownership, regulation, and ESG in transport and logistics: Insights for policy from explainable machine learning
Critical Success Factors for Enhancing the Circular Economy Performance of Last‐Mile Cold Chain Logistics Packaging for Urban Agricultural Products
With the increasing demand for high‐quality agricultural products, the agricultural cold‐chain logistics packaging (ACLP) industry faces significant environmental pressure and circular economy issues. This study analyzes the critical success factors (CSFs) that would enhance ACLP circular economy performance (CEP). The adversarial interpretive structure model uncovers CSF interdependence and driving forces, whereas the fuzzy analytic hierarchy pr…

Consumer Motivations for Adopting Omnichannel Retailing: A Safety-Driven Perspective in the Context of Covid-19
This study aims to understand the influence of COVID-19 on consumers' fears and self-protection motivations. Furthermore, the study seeks to understand the effects of these fears and motivations on consumers' intentions to use omnichannel retailing. A modified theoretical model is proposed by integrating protection motivation theory (PMT) and extending the extended parallel process model (E-EPPM). A total of 398 valid questionnaires are collected…
