The Effect of International Involvement on the Relationship between Managerial Tenure and Firm Performance
This study examines the moderating effect of international involvement on the relationship between two dimensions of managerial tenure and firm performance. Data for 89 Fortune 500 firms of varying levels of international involvement were gathered and analyzed.
