The Chain of Effects from Brand Trust and Brand Affect to Brand Performance
The authors examine two aspects of brand loyalty, purchase loyalty and attitudinal loyalty, as linking variables in the chain of effects from brand trust and brand affect to brand performance (market share and relative price).
