Mortgage Lending Determinants in a Major Metropolitan Area
The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, the paper analyzes the determinants of mortgage lending terms at a commercial bank and at a mutual savings bank in a major metropolitan area. Guerrilla warfare: An analogy to police-criminal interaction
An analogy is drawn between police action in high crime areas and classical guerrilla warfare. It is shown that the analogy can define not only many aspects of police psychology but also the interaction between police and non-criminal elements living in inner-city ghettos.
