日本のクィア移民は多くの課題に直面している.それは,ヘテロセクシズム,シスジェンダー規範,ヘテロセクシュアル規範,外国人嫌悪など,偏見と排除を助長する言説と権力構造に起因する.本稿では,クィア移民がこうした支配的な規範や言説を「クィアする」手段として,ドラァグパフォーマンスをどのように活用しているかを探る.そのため本論は,クィア移民である日系ブラジル人ドラァグパフォーマー,ラビアナ・ジョローのケースを取り上げ,人種や性に関連する規範に挑戦しそれを変えようとする行為について考察する.ラビアナは,「ガイジン」かつ性的マイノリティであるという重層的なアウトサイダー(外の人)で,同時に日系人というインサイダー(内の人)であるという独特な立場にある.芸術的変身を通じて性別の役割を演じる彼女のドラァグは,自己主張だけでない社会的意味をもっている.ドラァグを通じて彼女は,支配的な制度を利用しつつ周縁から日本社会を批判的に観察・批評することができるのである.そして,ドラァグは,クィア移民のコミュニティの…

Objectives. To examine the impact of North Carolina’s 2017 Strengthening Opioid Misuse Prevention (STOP) Act on opioid overdose deaths. Methods. We used quarterly data from the North Carolina Opioid Dashboard to conduct an interrupted time series analysis ranging from 2010 to 2018. The most massive of these were seen around the lakes at the eastern end of the island and there is no doubt that these are natural marine shell beds. However elsewhere shelly deposits were seen whose origin we could not determine with certainty
