Effects of organizational rank and length of time in assignment on expatriate commitment
The few studies on expatriate organizational commitment have not examined its relationship with organizational rank or length of time in assignment. This study investigates these relationships among expatriates in Russia. Forty-five managers (66%) and nonmanagers (34%) responded.
